YANDERS MAKES HIS BIGGEST THREE
- Updated: December 13, 2010
Great Britain international Rob Yanders has made the biggest shot of his career – after converting a long-range bomb during Oklahoma City Thunder’s weekend clash with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
But the ex-Glasgow Rocks captain hasn’t made the NBA – at least, not yet.
Yanders, who is still without a club after potential moves to France and Austria fell through in recent weeks, picked up $20,000 for making the half-court fan shot at the game.
“I was embarrassed to shoot at first,” he admitted. Just as well he did.
