BBL CHAIR PERCIVAL DEAD AT 68

Ed Percival, the chairman of the British Basketball League, has died suddenly.
The businessman, 68, had been in the post for the last two years and had overseen a period of significant growth and improvements in many different aspects of the business.
He also served as WBBL chairman for the inaugural 2014-15 campaign and was a trustee of the Basketball Foundation.
Percival is survived by his wife Valerie, with whom he is understood to have celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary last week.
