GB HANDED TOUGH EURO DRAW
- Updated: July 4, 2015

Great Britain will have to get past Italy, Montenegro and Albania to qualify for EuroBasket Women 2017.
The draw was held in Munich on Saturday and with GB dropping into the third tier of seeds following their poor showing at this summer’s championships in Hungary, they now face a tough path to reach the finals in the Czech Republic when the qualifiers tip off in the autumn.
The first two windows will be November 16-25 and February 15-25, 2016 with two fixtures in each – with the winner in each group, plus the six best-placed runners-up, getting through to join the hosts.
Full fixtures are expected to be confirmed next month.
