ANIGWE IS LONE BRIT WNBAER – FOR NOW

Great Britain centre Kristine Anigwe has joined the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks in a trade with the Dallas Wings.
The London-born centre – who made her GB debut during February’s Olympic qualifiers – is currently slated to be the only Brit playing in the league if it stages its 2020 season.
The Minnesota Lynx have not re-signed Temi Fagbenle ahead of roster cuts although she is understood to remain as a restricted Reserved player with the team retaining her rights.
Dallas released her GB team-mate Karlie Samuelson, ending her hopes of linking up with her younger sister Katie Lou.
