Great Britain’s men were handed an awkward draw in the qualifiers for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
GB are in Group B for the first phase, along with Greece, Turkey and Belarus.
The games will be played in the international windows of November 22-30 2021, 21 Feb-1 March and 27 June-5 July 2022.
The top three from the group will advance to the second phase. The trio progressing from GB’s pool would cross over with the leading finishers from Group A of Serbia, Slovakia, Belgium and Latvia.
Those fixtures would be in 22-30 August and 7-15 November 2022 and 20-28 February 2023.
The World Cup, co-hosted by Japan, Indonesia and The Philippines, will be held in August and September of 2023 with the draw for the finals slated for the preceding March 6.
